Rodgers began his coaching career at Reading's youth setup.

Rodgers joined Chelsea as the youth manager and later became the reserve manager in 2006.

Rodgers became the manager of Watford, guiding the club to a mid-table finish in the Championship.

Rodgers returned to Reading as the manager but left after six months due to disappointing results.

Rodgers led Swansea City to promotion to the Premier League and finished 11th in the following season.

Rodgers managed Liverpool, leading the club to a runners-up position in the Premier League in 2014 before being sacked in October 2015.

Rodgers managed Celtic, winning consecutive domestic trebles and leading the club to an undefeated domestic season in his first year.

Rodgers managed Leicester City, winning the FA Cup in 2021 and achieving fifth-place finishes in the Premier League.

Rodgers returned to Celtic as the manager, winning the Scottish Premiership and Scottish Cup double in his first season back.
